Changes to MTO Regulations for Safety Inspection Standards, Vehicle Weight and Dimensions, and Load Equalization

The pre-registration conditions of the WSIB Amendment Act, 2008 (Bill 119) were imposed beginning on January 1, 2012, providing a one year period for affected stakeholders to voluntarily pre-register with the WSIB before the requirements relating to mandatory coverage come into force in 2013.
