The Ontario Road Builders' Association is the voice of the road Building industry in Ontario.  The Association was born in 1926 when a group of Toronto area contractors felt they needed a collective voice with which to talk to government. The need for a collective voice for roadbuilders is even greater in the 21st Century.  Some of the issues are the same; like municipalities self-performing construction work and the provincial highways program. But the challenges have multiplied in number and complexity since 1926 and ORBA's voice has continued to grow stronger in response.
