Canadian Construction Association Update on Proposed Changes to CEAA
Following a statutory review of CEAA, and as a follow up to the federal commitment announced in this year's budget to streamline environmental assessment, Federal Natural Resources Minister Joe Oliver announced the details regarding the proposed changes to the CEAA that will make up the legislative changes expected to be tabled in Parliament as early as next week. ORBA, via the Canadian Construction Association (CCA), strongly supports the proposed legislative amendments.
