The Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) officially launched the COR Program in April of 2012. In response to feedback from stakeholders, the IHSA has adjusted its training requirements and pricing for the COR Program. ORBA has not endorsed the program, preferring to wait and see how it advances in the province, and how it proposes to reconcile with other safety training programs (i.e. ISO Certification).
