Today, the Ontario Road Builders’ Association (ORBA) was proud to participate in the market sounding initiative for the 401 Express Tunnel—a bold and visionary step forward for Ontario’s transportation future. With congestion costing the province over $55 billion annually, addressing these challenges is critical to keeping Ontario moving.
